With an objective to prepare team of self-motivated youth leaders for environment conservation initiatives and to influence the personal behavior of the participants for new idea and enthusiasm, ECCA Nepal had organized 3 days "Youth Development Training" on "Appreciative Leadership and Conservation Counseling" from October 7-9, 2010 in ECCA Hall, Jwagal, Lalitpur. 19 students from different field of study from different colleges had taken part in the training. The different leadership and environment related sessions were incorporated in the training. Experts of various fields had facilitated these session. The methodology used in the training was presentation by experts, group work, discussion, games, brainstorming, and presentation of group work by participants.
