On 17th July 2010, ECCA had celebrated its 23rd anniversary organizing different events on the day. On this remarkable day, more than 100 ECCA Counselors, members and well wishers gathered at office premises to mark the day.

As in previous year, ECCA day celebration was begun with friendly football match among it counselors in the early morning at chyasal football ground. Football match was held among senior counselors vs. junior counselor and this year's football match was in favor of senior counselor. They defeated the junior counselor by 3 to 1 goals and hold the trophy for the first time.

At ECCA office building, the informal program was begun with fun games and bingo. All participants enjoyed with lots of fun and social gathering.

Major attraction of the day was the formal program and announcement of the top ten counselors which started soon after lunch. After the welcome speech by Mr. Prachet Kumar Shrestha, Chairman of ECCA, the program was formally inaugurated by all executive members and guests. They open the program by putting three drop of watasol in one liter of water. During the program, Mr. Yogendra Chirtakar, Director, highlighted present scenario of the ECCA and ECCA chairman briefed about the honorary membership. The Program was followed by awarded distribution to the winner of Essay competetion and nature club proposal call. All winners were handed over cash prize and certificates. After that, top ten counselor was announced and counselors of the year was declared. After the vote of thanks by Mr. Binod Shrestha, treasure, Ms. Elina Nakarmi counselor of the year 2009/10, cut the cake and all celebrated the 23rd ECCA day with great joy and enthusiasm. Other activities such as surprise gift, gift exchange and cultural dances by the students of nature club added more flavor in the 23rd ECCA day celebration.
